Mixed Millet Dosa Mix, made with roasted millets.

Ingredients: Little Millet, Foxtail Millet, Barnyard Millet, Kodo Millet, Rice, Finger Millet, Pearl Millet, Jowar, Urad Dal, Chana Dal, Salt, Asafoetida.

100% Natural, No artificial colours or flavours.

Directions for use:

• Add approximately 1 and 1/2 cups of water to 1 cup of multi millet dosa flour. Add 1 tablespoon of curd to this mixture (optional).
• Stir well and set aside for 20-30 minutes.
• If required, add more water to adjust batter consistency.
• Add finely chopped onions, coriander and curry leaves for flavour and crunchiness.
• Pour the batter onto hot tawa and serve dosas hot with your choice of chutney or sambar.

Instant Adai Dosa Mix, made with 4 types of lentils and rice.

Ingredients: Chana Dal, Toor Dal, Moong Dal, Urad Dal, Raw Rice, Idly Rice, Dried Red Chilli, Cumin, Asafoetida, Salt, Curry Leaves.

100% Natural, No artificial colours or flavours.

Directions for use:

• Soak 1 cup of Instant Adai Mix with 1 cup of water for 15-20 minutes. After soaking, add water as required to make a thick batter. Heat a tawa and pour 1 ladle of batter and spread evenly to make slightly thick adais.Drizzle oil/ghee on the edges and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until crispy and golden brown.
